Services and Costs

All services provided by Mora Crash Recon Services, LLC are performed by crash reconstructionists who have prior law enforcement experience.

Retainer and Fee Schedule

  • A retainer will be sent upon request.
  • A Fee Schedule will be sent upon request.

Billing Policies

  • A non-refundable retainer is required for new cases.
  • Work is billed in accordance with the applicable hourly rate(s).
  • No testimony appearances will be scheduled for files with outstanding balances.
  • Clients are responsible for preparation time for testimony, and review/signing of testimony.

Case Reviews

  • Case reviews require a minimum four (4) hour.
  • If the review exceeds the four (4) hour minimum, the reconstructionist hourly rate applies to additional time.
  • The review provides a comprehensive analysis of the facts; evidence is evaluated and findings are presented.
  • No crash reconstruction analysis will be performed in a case review.

Travel

  • All travel will be billed at an hourly rate of $150.00.
  • All costs associated with travel (Meals, Lodging, Car Rental, Air Fare, Parking, etc.) are billed at cost.
